If you return the product within 15 days from delivery, you will receive a refund of 100%. If you return it after 15 days of delivery, you will receive a 50% refund. If we receive the product after 30 days from delivery, there will be no refund.

Returned products must be in new condition and in their original packaging, with all original accessories and documentation intact and undamaged.

When the return is approved, we will send a courier to pick up Ven at the delivery address, at no cost to you.
